qb Cream of Parmigiano Reggiano Casearia Dotti 24 months
to taste vol-au-vent
to taste pitted olives
ground pepper to taste
to taste diced pear
rocket to taste
to taste seedless grapes
chopped walnuts to taste
PREPARATION:
Use the ready-made vol-au-vents or prepare them at home with puff pastry then decorated as desired with grapes, walnuts, pears, rocket, green olives and ground pepper
