Vol-Au-Vent filled with cream of Parmesan Cheese

Vol-Au-Vent With Parmesan Cream are a delicious appetizer to be served cold. A very special finger food but which can almost be considered a must in our local cuisine

INGREDIENTS:

  • qb Cream of Parmigiano Reggiano Casearia Dotti 24 months

  • to taste vol-au-vent

  • to taste pitted olives

  • ground pepper to taste

  • to taste diced pear

  • rocket to taste

  • to taste seedless grapes

  • chopped walnuts to taste

PREPARATION:

Use the ready-made vol-au-vents or prepare them at home with puff pastry then decorated as desired with grapes, walnuts, pears, rocket, green olives and ground pepper
