STEAMED VEGETABLES in FONDUE Parmesan Cheese
Steamed vegetables are a tasty and original side dish, combined with a tasty salty fondue, prepared with Parmigiano Reggiano. This sauce is excellent to serve, as well as with vegetables, also with meat or fish dishes.
INGREDIENTS:
qb Cream of Parmigiano Reggiano Casearia Dotti 24 months
Vegetables to taste (in this case zucchini and carrots)
salt to taste
PREPARATION:
Boil your favorite vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, spinach, fennel, asparagus, artichokes, carrots, courgettes, peppers …) and sauté them in a pan with the Parmesan cream diluted with a little hot water.
