  • qb Cream of Parmigiano Reggiano Casearia Dotti 24 months
  • to taste yellow-fleshed potatoes
  • salt to taste


Peel and boil the potatoes, cut them in half, spread the Parmesan cream on the potatoes. Pepper, thyme or rosemary to taste.

Put in the oven for 5 minutes. Ready!
